Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference. All sales are considered final.
Are there any exceptions to the no-return policy?
Yes. We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or product).
- The item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item showing the defect or error
We’ll review your request and provide return or replacement instructions if it qualifies.
Do I need to return the defective or incorrect item?
In most cases, yes. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if the return is approved.
How long does it take to process a return or replacement?
Once we receive and inspect the item, we typically process replacements or refunds within 5–7 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only allowed if the item you received was incorrect or defective. We do not offer exchanges for other reasons.
What if my item is damaged after wearing or washing it?
We do not accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged due to wear, washing, or improper care. Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment to ensure longevity.
